These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and GeneLean360° Inc. ("GeneLean360," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act (Corporation No. 16738796), with its registered office at 146 Thirtieth St, Suite 100, Toronto, ON M8W 3C4, Canada. GeneLean360 operates the website https://geneticweightloss.com.
GeneLean360 provides precision-health coaching services, including:
(together, the "Services"). By booking, purchasing, or using the Services or our website, you agree to these Terms.
GeneLean360° Inc. provides its own health coaching and genetics-informed wellness programs directly to clients. We do not operate an affiliate marketing, multi-level marketing, or third-party lead-selling program. We do not sell, rent, or distribute client contact information or SMS opt-in information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Communications about our services are sent by GeneLean360° Inc. or by authorized service providers acting solely on our behalf.
The Services are for educational and coaching purposes only. They do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or a prescription, and are not a substitute for an examination, diagnosis, or treatment by your own licensed healthcare provider. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about any medical condition, before changing medications, or before starting a new diet or exercise plan. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services.
Fees for the Services are shown on our website or in your booking or program confirmation. Payment is due at the time of booking or as set out in your program agreement. We accept credit card and other payment methods we make available. Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed. Applicable taxes may be added.
You may cancel or reschedule a session at any time before its scheduled start time. Refunds for cancelled sessions or programs are handled under our refund policy, which is provided at booking and on request. Fees for sessions already delivered are non-refundable.
SMS Program: GeneLean360 Text Messages. By separately opting in to receive SMS messages from GeneLean360° Inc., you agree to receive text messages related to your selected communication preferences. These may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, program-related notifications, customer support, and, where you have separately consented, promotional messages about GeneLean360 services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You may also contact operations@genelean360.com. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Marketing and promotional messages: If you separately provide express consent to receive marketing SMS messages, GeneLean360° Inc. may send you information about its own coaching programs, services, educational events, and promotional offers. We do not send promotional messages on behalf of unrelated third-party advertisers.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any GeneLean360 text message to unsubscribe from SMS communications. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt-out. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you subsequently provide valid consent again. To unsubscribe from marketing messages only, contact operations@genelean360.com.

Mobile Information and SMS Consent Privacy: We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. We may provide the information necessary to authorized messaging service providers solely to deliver messages on our behalf, subject to confidentiality, security, and contractual restrictions. These providers are not permitted to use the information for their own marketing or promotional activities.
We collect, use, and disclose personal information, including health information you choose to share, only as described in our Privacy Policy at https://geneticweightloss.com/privacy-policy/.
The website, program materials, and content we provide are owned by GeneLean360° Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial use only, and may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeneLean360° Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify GeneLean360° Inc. against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, subject to any consumer rights you have under the laws where you live.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any program agreement, are the entire agreement between you and GeneLean360° Inc. about the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
